Attached please find a draft version of UDC Chapter 11, Dimensional Regulations for your review.
The major changes include:
Chapter 11 –
Added illustrations and tables to make more user friendly
Increased lot size in Rural to better align with low-density residential
A2.9 added semi-detached option in Two-family (duplex)
A4 dimensional requirements adjusted to be more consistent with the Urban/Walkable Character Area
A5 is made inactive since it is only available in the Downtown Character Area where C5 does the same thing
In the Central Business District (CBD) added height restrictions and additional height allowances based on setbacks
